We love a woman owned and woman ran small business!!

Tammy is a do-er. There really is nothing she can’t accomplish! Did you know she also owns and runs the famous Main Street Cafe? As well as newly opened Zanotta's Ristorante and The Vine and Oak also located in downtown Madison.

You’ll often find Tammy running between her two businesses with a million packages. She is a phenomenal leader, mother and friend! Lanier House wouldn’t exist without her!
Raegan Hall
Owner
This bubbly lady with the big smile completes the mother/daughter duo of the Lanier House owners!

She handles all day to day operations, special events, monthly themes, social medias, website management and more! A woman of many hats for sure.​
You’ll often see Raegan wearing something colorful and holding a camera! Her joy comes through in all aspects of her work!
Lauren Allen
Executive Manager
If you’ve been to Lanier House, then you most likely have seen the kind Miss Lauren at work!

She manages all of our servers, makes sure every tea time runs smoothly, and if you’ve ever sent an email she’s laid eyes on it! Lauren is also our Event Director and handles any and all Private Teas and Events. If you have any questions about anything she is your girl!​
She loves our staff and customers so well and knows so many of you by name! We love her heart and excitement for this place!
Casey Crosby

We fell instantly in love with this amazingly talented lady and luckily she fell in love with us to! Working with Casey is a dream and we're so happy she's a part of our team!

Nikki Bailey
Lead Chef/Kitchen Manager
Casey Crosby writes all of our recipes, but Nikki Bailey is the one who executes all of our afternoon tea food!

She is who schedules all kitchen staff, keeps inventory of all items needed for the week, and bakes hundreds of mini foods herself!
​
You'll find Nikki in the kitchen with her hands in a batch of scones, playing country music, and laughing with all of her kitchen girls, or maybe you might find her outside watering our tiny herb garden. Any way we couldn't do all of this without her!

Did you know we make up to 5,600 food items a week! and these ladies make all of them!
Those scones and cakes don’t bake themselves.
We love their hard work and positivity. Our kitchen is always filled with laughter, dancing, and sugar!
Our Servers
These sweet girls are the picture of preciousness! They are the faces of our business, but they also do so much behind the scenes like brewing your tea, washing all the dishes, folding napkins, modeling for instagram posts and more!
