We love a woman owned and woman ran small business!!

Tammy is a do-er. There really is nothing she can’t accomplish! Did you know she also owns and runs the famous Main Street Cafe also located in downtown Madison?

You’ll often find Tammy running between her two businesses with a million packages. She is a phenomenal leader, mother and friend! Lanier House wouldn’t exist without her!
Casey Crosby

We fell instantly in love with this amazingly talented lady and luckily she fell in love with us to! Working with Casey is a dream and we're so happy she's a part of our team!

Raegan Hall
Executive Manager
This bubbly lady with the big smile is our Marketing, Event and overall Management Director.

She handles all private events, special events, monthly themes, social medias, website management and more! A woman of many hats for sure.

You’ll often see Raegan wearing something colorful and holding a camera! Her joy comes through in all aspects of her work!

If you’ve been to Lanier House, then you most likely have seen the kind Miss Lauren at work!

She manages all of our servers, makes sure every tea time runs smoothly, and if you’ve ever sent an email she’s laid eyes on it!

She loves our staff and customers so well and knows so many of you by name! We love her heart
and excitement for this place!

Did you know we make up to 5,600 food items a week! and these ladies make all of them!

We love their hard work and positivity. Our kitchen is always filled with laughter, dancing, and sugar!
