To rent the Lanier House space for one of the above times without food provided:
Tuesday-Thursday: $500
Friday-Sunday: $700
Includes use of dining areas, restrooms, and garbage service. Facility has to be returned to original seating arrangement prior to departure.
*there will be a deposit fee charged at booking to hold the space, and it will be returned after end of party if no damages, incidentals, or late cancellations have occurred.
*No outside catering services allowed. Main Street Cafe and Lanier House have exclusive rights to catering services.

To rent the Lanier House space for one of the above times with appetizers provided:
Rental Fee:
Tuesday-Thursday: $350
Friday-Sunday: $700
Food Cost:
All days: $1000 minimum
*feeds up to 35 people
Includes use of dining areas, restrooms, and garbage service. Afternoon Tea includes selection of preselected options prepared for individual or group tasting.

To rent the Lanier House space for one of the above times with full catering service provided:

Friday- Sunday: $700
Food Cost:
All days: $1400 minimum
*feeds up to 35 people
Catering includes three course meal with drink, salad, entree with two sides, bread, and desert. Rental includes use of dining areas, restrooms, and garbage service.
